Department of Homeland Security Signs Visa Waiver Program Interim Declaration with Romania

US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary, Michael Chertoff, signed a Visa Waiver Program (VWP) declaration with Romanian Ambassador, Adrian Vierita.  This act continues to move Romania toward visa-free travel to the US, and possibly toward becoming a VWP member.

USCIS Increases Period of Stay for NAFTA Workers from Canada and Mexico
