Kudos to the NY Times Editorial Board
Its about time people stood up and said we should do something. Kudos to the NY Times Editorial Board for what they said this morning. Of course its a shame that even they don’t think its fgoing to happen. Visa recapture could grant over 500,000 Green Cards to the people who ahve been waiting in line and merely shafted by the slow unacceptable approach of government.
